Street maintenance scheduled for next week

Public Works crews will begin resurfacing Main Street between First Avenue and Fifth Avenue starting Monday. Work is expected to take four to five days, weather permitting.

One lane will remain open in each direction during most of the project, with brief full closures possible between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Marked detours will route traffic along Oak Street.

Residents and businesses along the route will keep driveway access, though short delays may occur while equipment passes. Please slow down in the work zone and watch for flaggers. Questions can be directed to the Public Works Department during regular business hours.
