The City Administrator serves the Mayor and City Council in the oversight of the day to day operations of the City. The City Administrator serves as the personnel director of the City, creates the agendas for the Council meetings, directs and supervises all departments of the City, prepares the annual budget, annual tax levy, and annual 5-year capital improvement plan for Council consideration, prepares public policy for Council consideration, and oversees the overall financial status of the City.
